A shop in a Florentine style will allow you to crack for beautiful sweet products in the center of Nice, a few meters from the famous Cours Saleya. Some pictures to encourage you to discover chocolates, candied fruit, chestnuts and other confectionery made on site.
A family saga for 6 generations
Since 1820 the Auer family has been delighting the taste buds with all sorts of sweet products.
Artisan chocolate
The shop offers a very wide range of chocolates more tasty and more refined than the others. A craft and varied design, a space is dedicated to them at the bottom of the store for retail. Note that these chocolates are glucose-free, color-free, preservative-free and no added fat to chocolate.
Traditional candied fruits
Candied fruits are also a specialty of the establishment. Made from untreated fruit and without preservatives other than sugar, their appearance is as pleasant as their flavor (pear, orange, brown, ginger etc ...).
A shop with Viennese coffee look
The shop has, in a way, become a "Niçoise attraction" in itself. It attracts many tourists and local gourmets. The Viennese style café decor makes us think of the Baratti and Milano (Galleria Subalpina) café in the beautiful city of Turin, so close to Nice by its history.
Many assortments, at various prices, will allow you to please your loved ones in the form of gift packages. The showcase of the store takes care to adapt to current events, with application, whether for the Carnival of Nice, Valentine's Day or the end of the year with a very successful Christmas crib.
